To say this is a "job" and one you must be available for for 8-12 hrs a day, 5-6 days a week... at $150 is an insult. Either you are looking to give some money for someone who is volunteering their time and you CANT demand a full-time schedule from them... or you rise the pay for a comperable full-time job. Pick one
