As a theatre artist based in CT, I’ve often thought about applying to the Eugene O’Neill Theatre. Your theatre provides great opportunities. Unfortunately, as a young artist and recent college graduate that requires payment to support myself, most of your entry level positions are completely inaccessible. I agree with everything outlined in the letter: as we return to a world where making live theatre is again possible, it’s time to pay artists a living wage
