Apprenticeships and internships are intended for positions are focused on learning, positions that could not take the place of a paid employee, positions that give you the knowledge necessary to join the industry - you have not met any of those requirements. This looks like replacing not one, but two, entry to mid-level employees with one overworked and criminally underpaid apprentice. It perpetuates every toxic stereotype of classism, racism, and exploitation that the theater industry has come to be known for. You can do better than this.
