Graham Cook

I worked at the O'Neill two years ago, and I received a call about a week ago asking if I'd be willing to travel 6 hours to help load in one of their spaces over the course of 5 days. Pay was never offered. Compensation for travel or labor was never offered. They expected pro-bono work to help them fix the mistakes they made. Pay your staff fairly and maybe folks will be more willing to lend a helping hand.
