I worked at the O'Neill for a year and it was easily one of the worst experiences of my life. They take advantage of staff in every possible way they can, barely pay living wages, only give raises when the state literally forces them, and if you have a dissenting opinion on how they run, they will fire you, blacklist you, and lock you out of the housing they stick you in without a shred of remorse or self reflection.
