Micaela Slotin

I worked a similar type position at a different theatre company for 150 a week when I was in college. It was the determining factor in deciding being a full time SM wasn't for me. I still love theatre as a hobby but I wish places like this knew they are burning out artists before their careers even start. Such a shame!
